Successful Communities also facilitates access to comprehensive services including, vocational, educational, health, behavioral health, mental health, English classes, assimilation counseling, and other services. These programs aim to optimize the independence and functional ability of families and empower individuals to maximize their chances for employment, successful assimilation, residing in quality housing, economic, and social stability. Successful Communities simultaneously revitalize distressed communities with needed resources to effectively make permanent productive change and betterment to housing inventory and improvement in safety, security, economic viability, equality, and lifestyle quality.
Successful Communities’ board of directors, notably Michael Eisenberg and the executive team, collectively boast over 100 years of experience in the health, human services, nonprofit, real estate, and legal industries.
The chairman of the board who is the son of United States Marine Corps, Master Gunnery Sergeant (MGySgt) who holds a doctorate degree and has over 35 years of experience in the health and social services industry with a specialty in successful program development. As a healthcare and community service program developer, his programs have been modeled and are used in hospitals, outpatient facilities, criminal, family, and alternative courts, child welfare departments, homeless shelters, nursing homes, and many other institutions worldwide.
Successful Communities leadership is a diversified team that carries a large set of additional skills and experiences, notably in real-estate opportunity development, & nonprofit business development and operations.
Members of the board holding impressive law degrees have created housing and real-estate opportunities for thousands of individuals and families in most major cities across the United States. Members of the board also retain over 20 years of experience in public administration and have been monumental in helping resolve major housing and homelessness problems in some of the world’s biggest and most successful cities.
