Successful Communities is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable populations through human betterment and community rehabilitation programs. Our mission is to provide affordable, safe, and sustainable housing opportunities for individuals and families seeking to make positive life changes.
We offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to address the diverse needs of those facing significant challenges. These services include vocational training, educational support, healthcare, behavioral health, mental health counseling, life skills development, and community reintegration assistance. Our goal is to enhance independence, improve functional abilities, and empower individuals to secure meaningful employment, stable housing, and a higher quality of life.
In addition to supporting individuals, Successful Communities works to revitalize distressed neighborhoods by improving housing quality, safety, and economic viability. We invest in the overall well-being of communities, fostering an environment of equality, security, and opportunity. Through these efforts, we aim to create lasting, positive changes that benefit not only individuals but the broader community as well.

Our Board
Successful Communities’ board of directors, notably Michael Eisenberg and the executive team, collectively boast over 100 years of experience in the health, human services, nonprofit, real estate, and legal industries.
The chairman of the board who is the son of United States Marine Corps, Master Gunnery Sergeant (MGySgt) who holds a doctorate degree and has over 35 years of experience in the health and social services industry with a specialty in successful program development. As a healthcare and community service program developer, his programs have been modeled and are used in hospitals, outpatient facilities, criminal, family, and alternative courts, child welfare departments, homeless shelters, nursing homes, and many other institutions worldwide.
Successful Communities leadership is a diversified team that carries a large set of additional skills and experiences, notably in real-estate opportunity development, & nonprofit business development and operations.
Members of the board holding impressive law degrees have created housing and real-estate opportunities for thousands of individuals and families in most major cities across the United States. Members of the board also retain over 20 years of experience in public administration and have been monumental in helping resolve major housing and homelessness problems in some of the world’s biggest and most successful cities.
