One short statement, “I have been on 90 first dates in the past two years and not one second date. What’s wrong?” was the seed that germinated this book.

90 First Dates is a compilation of 21 chapters with each chapter was written by an individual man. Who are these men? The group of 21 are all single men, they have never been married, some have been engaged, but all, when their chapters were written, were a part of the vast pool of unmarried – single men in America. They are bartenders, truck drivers, accountants, lawyers, artists, physicians, teachers, engineers, stockbrokers and entrepreneurs. They all have educations sufficient for their lines of work and skill sets required to perform in their careers.

These men come from all faiths, ethnic groups and regions of the country. Some have lived on their own since they turned 18, and others live at home with their families today. Of the group of 21, some make substantial amounts of money, and others have an income sufficient to meet their needs. Some have fancy cars, yachts and homes; others live a more ordinary, modest life. All have potential to achieve anything they set their minds and hearts to.

This author chose these men because he knows them, some since they were children, some since they were in college. All are of good moral and ethical character, good and decent people, the kind of men any mother would be overjoyed to call her son-in-law, or a woman her husband. This book tells the story of what they are looking for in a woman, that they hope, one day, will be their wife.
